Kurries and Steaks is created with the specific intention to be different. They know many people love Indian food, but many of them dislike or are unaware of the commonly unhealthy ingredients that make typical Indian food taste good. The menu features items that use the healthy and aromatic spices, but leaves out the food colouring and other additives. They recognize that some people are looking for the authentic Indian food, as made back home; including their Mother’s Recipes. The team takes pride in the fact that they can provide our new and loyal customers with great tasting Indian food inspired by the essence of our Indian traditions. The style of cooking which they have attained requires great expertise on the part of the chefs as the meat is pre-marinated and cooked before serving.

It takes a chef years of meticulous training and dedication to master the technique of the art of making the breads, the succulent kebabs and delicious Kurries. With K&S’s natural ingredients and fresh-milled spices, you can enjoy a guilt-free meal that is quick, easy, affordable, and delicious.   I have eaten asian food in many countries around the world, some good some not so, but how lucky am I to find that the very best ever, is on my own Island. and not some far flung country that Id likely never be able to visit again . The blend of meats and spices is simply scrumptious, the meat is so well marinated , it is the very best it could be . The staff are very well informed about Dietary needs, and they have a fabulous range of Gluten Free Options for those that need it (a Family member does) the vegetarian options are the best around. I have never been disappointed in all the times We have eaten here, I just wish it was a bit closer to home as id go more often and be able to have a beer … If you have never been , you really must make the effort, and give your taste buds the best experience they will get , not just on the Island but anywhere in the world.
