We did a quotation on the website for 20 of us on the direct website and we got a grand price of £1949.60 then my cousin thought let’s just call them direct and see if we can book it that way and how it all works etc. One of the first questions she got asked was what’s your ethnicity, after this he sent us an update price as the one on the website was incorrect. He sent us an email and the grand total now came to £4014.54!!! Over £2000 increase! Wow This is absolutely disgusting and the fact he had to ask what our ethnicity was. Why would that even need to be question. I have booked many hotels in different towns and cities and countries and never even been asked this. Absolutely disgusting customer service! Goes smacked to say to least.

3 years agoWe booked these apartments Oct 21 for family and friends wanting to stay in city centre for the night. We were met on arrival and taken to our apartments which where spacious and very clean and comfortable. We were shown the key code to get in and out and at first we were worried as we hadn’t used technology like this before. But it was very very easy. Nothing was too much trouble. You can order food and drinks prior to arrival there was a fabulous selection. I would definitely recommend staying here. Very close proximity to bars/restaurants/buses/trains…Liverpool waterfront is an 8-10 minute walk through town. Liverpool lime street probably similar walk.

2 years agoCouldn't recommend these guys and this place more highly. Perfect spot for groups right in the heart of it all. The hosts are so accommodating. Went out of their way to put beers out for us and also an air bed for my friends who didn't want to top/tail. I also left a few things there and they're sending them back. Some high value items that in some places would never turn up but not in this case. Good people.

4 years agoMe and my 9 friends stayed here for two nights and were welcomed very politely by the owner of the property who also upgraded our room upon arrival. Top quality service all round and I would definitely recommend this to a large group of mates for a special occasion! Room was immaculate and very modern, really enjoyable stay.

4 years agoWe hired the party apartment, and a smaller apartment as they was 22 of us and the party pad was amazing, so much space and everything you would need to celebrate a 21st birthday. We was greeted on welcome so politely and nothing seemed a fuss, everything was organised pre arrival and made it easy to organise, would definitely recommend if there is a large group of you wanting to do something different but be together at the same time.
