a week agoJust stayed here for my stag weekend, friends booked as a surprise for me and couldn't fault the place. Plenty of space to party before going out, we even had our own dj, the hosts made sure we were stocked up on food and drinks and recommended some place to go out, and even offered to book places for us. Apartments were clean and spacious and location is great for a night out in liverpool. Thanks for a great weekend, hope we didn't leave the place in much of a mess!

a week agoSCAMMED MY FRIEND AND REFUSING TO GIVE HER MONEY BACK! My friend came across this business in preparations to her wedding and was immensely scammed! She’s asked and asked for her money back and they still have not! This is someone’s hard earned money that they’re putting into planning their magic day and this business has stole from them!!! Please be aware!!! And give my friend her money back!!!!!!

We did a quotation on the website for 20 of us on the direct website and we got a grand price of £1949.60 then my cousin thought let’s just call them direct and see if we can book it that way and how it all works etc. One of the first questions she got asked was what’s your ethnicity, after this he sent us an update price as the one on the website was incorrect. He sent us an email and the grand total now came to £4014.54!!! Over £2000 increase! Wow This is absolutely disgusting and the fact he had to ask what our ethnicity was. Why would that even need to be question. I have booked many hotels in different towns and cities and countries and never even been asked this. Absolutely disgusting customer service! Goes smacked to say to least.
