a month agoI first purchased a car from Karl Green in 2019 and was very impressed with the service I received. When it was time to get a newer one recently, Karl was the first person I went back to. His no-pressure, friendly manner and frankly, no bullshit, makes the experience much more enjoyable. He is patient enough to allow me to make an informed choice of what car I wanted and once I’d made my decision, made sure everything went through smoothly. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a new or used car and Karl Green is a credit to Van Mossel 👍👍

a month agoWe have had the privilege of dealing with Karl Green over this last week. He has been so helpful and knowledgeable during this experience. I roughly knew what car model I wanted but Karl Green went above and beyond to find us the right vehicle, and make it as stress free as possible. I had dreaded looking for a new car and had put it off for a while but very glad we stopped at Motor Mall! My partner and I also appreciated how accommodating you were with our 6 year old, getting him hot chocolate and putting kids TV on for him etc. Once again a huge thank you!

True to his word, a few weeks later he had found one that fitted the criteria perfectly. Karl’s patience and professionalism shone through at all times and has continued in his after service.

Not only did find us a gem of an ID Buzz - Karl made the deal work for us and made sure all bases were covered for a smooth handover.
