4 months agoFirst time using motor mall. Greeted by Karl Parker. Didn’t really know what I was looking for. Karl was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We got there in the end. I picked the car up 2 weeks later, it was unveiled which made it really special. Karl couldn’t do enough for me. Would highly recommend using motor mall.

Last week we popped into Motor Mall to have a look for a new car, Karl Green sat down with us and listen to what we were looking for in a car and showed us some options. We found Karl very informative, and very honest and not your usual pushy salesman, I felt he really listened to what we was looking for and didn't just try and push any car onto me. He followed up everything as he said he would, was really lovely and friendly, explained all the options clearly. He found us a great deal on a fabulous car, and made the process quick, smooth and easy, right down to hand over time. 4 months agoWe walked in Motor Mall with the idea of buying a car but we were unsure of the route we were going to take. Karl Green took the time to explain everything in detail to us and showed us cars he thought would be suitable for our family, we ended up taking a Dacia Duster automatic for a test drive and fell in love with this vehicle! It’s the perfect balance of practicality and luxury with all the added extras you find on new vehicles. We’ve had the car for 1 week now and I’ve become easily aquatinted with the car already and it’s such a lovely drive!
