    Having heard of mixed reviews from people using motormalls services I was a bit apprehensive about dropping my motorhome off for a fault that 4 other garages had failed to rectify , so I thought I would leave this review to let people know what a great service experience I had, not only did they solve the existing fault but did a recall job from Peugeot all under warranty, so well done to Mark Wheeler and the motormall staff.

    We were interested in buying an i10 and were very happy with the service. Listened to what we wanted and offered different options (eg used with modifications to what we wanted or new). We chose one which was still to be delivered to the Island and were given a realistic timescale (a week) and offered a temporary car if it was delayed (which it wasn’t). We were kept updated all the way through the process, good handover then follow up afterwards to make sure everything was fine. Exactly what you’d hope for!

    We agreed to buy a car from them Friday which we were very happy with. On Monday night I was then made aware of the same model car but 1 year younger (2017 instead of 2016) having just arrived on the Island on the weekend with another dealer and the asking price lower. Goes without saying that we looked into what turned out to be a more affordable monthly payment on a slightly better car and went with it. On informing Motor Mall I received a very aggressive and argumentative response. I didn't even ask for the deposit of £100 back but the sales manager repeatedly told me how they will not be refunding it in this case. That's fair enough Motor Mall... if the deposit of £100 is worth more to you than having a customer go away feeling able to tell friends and family about a good service... instead, I will be discouraging business going your way :/
