Motor Mall

First time customer of Motor Mall/Van Mossel. Visited about two weeks ago and viewed a couple of cars, taking one for a test drive. Explained I had others to test, but, returned to Motor Mall last week and spoke to Karl Green about a Skoda Karoq that I had tried the week before. Absolute gentleman ! No pressure selling, Makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. Did his best to get me a deal I was happy with, Honest, concise, knowledgeable and clear with his explanations of the buying and prep process with a cheerful and light hearted air throughout. First time using motor mall. Greeted by Karl Parker. Didn’t really know what I was looking for. Karl was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We got there in the end. I picked the car up 2 weeks later, it was unveiled which made it really special. Karl couldn’t do enough for me. Would highly recommend using motor mall.

We had our previous car unfortunately and spectacularly fail whilst visiting family in the UK, scraped our way back onto the Isle by the skin of our teeth (and a cheap Mini), the next day we popped into Motor Mall and met Karl Green, who's been an absolute hero!
