We sat with a tasty coffee as she explained everything through, and it was the best relaxing experience I’ve had and needed in a long time. I’ve been buzzing since and can’t wait to go again 😁
The whole experience is just lovely. But what really made a difference is how I felt afterwards. After being quite flat I left feeling very relaxed and caught myself singing to myself all the next few days! The shift was amazing.
