Staff friendly and helpful. Atrium room spacious and clean. Shower small but lots of hot water. Used Harbour Lights for two evening meals. Great both times. Decor a little tired in places, so not five star, but I will be back.
Rooms dark in the atrium. Too hot, no air con, can't breathe over night in rooms, wake up bunged up. Can hear people peeing in the next room! Hard towels. Not enough info in the rooms, eg not telling you when there's a fire alarm test, making you think it's you setting it off. Great staff though and good comfy beds.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Awful hotel. WiFi is more or less non existent. Bathroom gruby with mold growing out of the tiles. Years of dirt in some areas.some staff helpful but the others are atrocious. Receptionist Margaret is not fit to work in an abattoir.the single most enjoyable part of the experience was the checking out!
The hotel is wheelchair accessible and town centre is walkable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the pool is in a relaxing area. The service also was amazing as the hotel is in a luxurious location.
We stayed at The Sefton 1 week ago. It was excellent, all freshly painted, a beautiful hotel, the staff were so accommodating and friendly. We loved our holiday and would definitely stay again .
