4 months agoFirst time customer of Motor Mall/Van Mossel. Visited about two weeks ago and viewed a couple of cars, taking one for a test drive. Explained I had others to test, but, returned to Motor Mall last week and spoke to Karl Green about a Skoda Karoq that I had tried the week before. Absolute gentleman ! No pressure selling, Makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. Did his best to get me a deal I was happy with, Honest, concise, knowledgeable and clear with his explanations of the buying and prep process with a cheerful and light hearted air throughout. 9 months agoFirst time using motor mall. Greeted by Karl Parker. Didn’t really know what I was looking for. Karl was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We got there in the end. I picked the car up 2 weeks later, it was unveiled which made it really special. Karl couldn’t do enough for me. Would highly recommend using motor mall.
