a month agoI recently stayed at Novotel Liverpool Paddington Village, and it was an overall fantastic experience. The hotel is modern and stylish, with beautifully designed, spacious rooms that are both comfortable and well-equipped. The large TV, comfortable bed, and sleek decor made for a relaxing stay, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request. The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The location is convenient, within walking distance to the city center and nearby universities, though a short taxi ride might be preferable for some. My only minor complaint was the limited parking, but that didn’t take away from the overall quality of my stay. I would highly recommend Novotel Liverpool Paddington Village to anyone visiting Liverpool, whether for leisure or business. It strikes the perfect balance between comfort, style, and excellent service.

2 weeks agoStayed for one night. Room was big, clean, and fresh. Bathroom great, shower good. Happy hour in the bar so drinks were very reasonable.Bed was very comfortable so great night's sleep. Breakfast huge choice and all hot items were constantly being replenished. Excellent hotel, good value for money. Would definitely stay here again

4 weeks agoGreat stay at the Novotel Liverpool Paddington Village. 12-15 min walk from Lime Street Station which was fine (and knew beforehand). Check-in went smoothly and the upgraded room was much appreciated. Room was a great size, clean and nicely decorated. Complimentary Tea, Coffee, Canned Water and Biscuits included. Breakfast was great on the Sunday morning, lots to choose from and really good quality. Would definitely stay here again.

3 weeks agoReally great hotel with excellent reception staff. Very helpful and friendly. If they aren’t sure of answer they will head onto Google for assistance to ensure we have the best travel experience outside their doors. Cleaning of the rooms could be improved. Lots of papers etc. that were set as opposed to thrown away. But overall a really enjoyable experience.

a month agoThe room was lovely (Studio) and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. We had an evening meal which was just great and the staff were very attentive even down to the chef coming out and checking on us. Breakfast was also great, lovely and fresh. All staff met were friendly and very professional. Will stay again without hesitation.
