in the last weekWe thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights stay. Check in was smooth. The girl at the reception was friendly. Modern, clean hotel. Rooms were spacious and had all the basic amenities including water. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. A very good selection of breads. Decent bar. And, good cocktails offer.

a month agoThought this hotel was outstanding. Staff were really polite and friendly not to mention helpful. The room we stayed in was clean, modern and well equipped with a very comfortable large bed, a mini fridge and dressing gowns and slippers. Breakfast was also very good. No complaints whatsoever.

a month agoGreat location for Liverpool university. 15 minute walk to city centre. Very pleasant staff. Clean rooms, had all amenities that we needed. Nice breakfast. Particularly liked the ambience of the restaurant on first floor. We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel ❤️

a month agoWe stayed in room 1101 with 3 adults and a 1-year-old and had a lovely stay. The room was modern, very clean, and comfortable — everything felt new and well-maintained. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heat wave, keeping the room cool and perfect for relaxing after a hot day. The view from the room was absolutely spectacular, one of the highlights of our stay. A cot bed was requested in advance and was already set up when we arrived, which made things really convenient. Staff were polite and helpful throughout. A couple of things to note: the room didn’t have a bathtub as listed on Agoda, which was a bit disappointing since we were traveling with a baby. Also, parking is a 3-minute walk from the hotel and costs £13 per night. Overall, a great stay — cool, clean, and family-friendly. Would happily return!

a week agoSmooth and efficient check in. My guest room, essentially a suite, was excellent with outstanding views of most of Liverpool. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Highly recommended property, particularly if visiting Royal Liverpool Hospital or University of Liverpool.
