a month agoA lovely hotel, our rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast which consisted of a buffet style, with a variety of cooked foods and cereals, fruits and pastries and more!!! The hotel is close to town and transport is readily available. Yummy biscuits always left with the tea and coffee. Would go back again! Overall a comfortable stay.

a month agoThis hotel is amazing and the staff are friendly, helpful and polite at a great price, This is my 3rd time staying here. Always clean and all the amenities you could need. I also ordered room service as I didn't have time to get ready and the food was quickly delivered and was hot and delicious.

a month agoMe and my boyfriend had a lovely time at this hotel. I spoke to Amanda at reception regarding our stay and anniversary. She ended up upgrading us and leaving a treat when we arrived. So kind and going above and beyond for guests. The same applies for all the staff we encountered! The breakfast was very nice too.

5 months agoVery nice hotel, and not too far from the city centre. A cab would take about 8-10 min most. Very nice interior and staff had been wonderful during this weekend. Loved the rooms. They are very practical and very easy with everything. USB ports are available on the bed side and Internet bandwidth is good. The front desk staff offered to add breakfast at a 15% discounted rate. This breakfast is worth the money so take the offer. I opted to revert back, when I came to the front desk the lady said to add at the restaurant but they didn't give me the discounted rate. So opt in when you check-in so you save. Breakfast is a quality English breakfast with loads of other options to select from. Breakfast is served on the first floor. Sunday breakfast runs till 11 am and checkout is at 12 noon which is great. We enjoyed the stay.

4 months agoIt was such a lovely hotel, last minute booking (same day) and they made sure it was a lovely one for us. Tom was exceptional because he made sure I was calm after another accommodation cancelled booking 1hr to check in time. He gave complimentary drink cos it was my birthday next day. Daniela(receptionist) was also friendly and helpful, they made sure I had a good birthday relaxation stay at the hotel. All the staff members at the bar are so friendly and polite, willing to go beyond especially Bridget(thanks for been so kind not only to us but we observed you do the same for others) The rooms were is clean, environment so clean and beautiful. We will definitely be going back.
