a week agoGreat location for Liverpool university. 15 minute walk to city centre. Very pleasant staff. Clean rooms, had all amenities that we needed. Nice breakfast. Particularly liked the ambience of the restaurant on first floor. We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel ❤️

a week agoThought this hotel was outstanding. Staff were really polite and friendly not to mention helpful. The room we stayed in was clean, modern and well equipped with a very comfortable large bed, a mini fridge and dressing gowns and slippers. Breakfast was also very good. No complaints whatsoever.

a month agoWe recently stayed at the Novotel hotel to celebrate my little girl’s birthday, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, especially for our daughter. A huge thank you to Tom and Steven, who were incredibly polite, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. They made us feel so welcome and added a personal touch that made all the difference. Whether it was helping with little details or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, their service was exceptional. The team really pulled out all the stops to make my daughter feel celebrated — and she hasn’t stopped smiling since! We’re so grateful for the thoughtful touches and warm hospitality. Thank you, Novotel, for a truly memorable stay. We’ll definitely be back!

3 months agoWe really enjoyed our 2 nights stay here. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The room was clean and tidy and was also cleaned and refreshed after the 1st night which was lovely. The hotel was quiet during the evenings and nights allowing us to get some great nights sleep. The location was convenient for us as we didn’t mind the walk into the city centre (we preferred it compared to staying in Liverpool city centre as that can get quite noisy). The room is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The rooms heating and air conditioning worked well meaning we were very comfortable. The rainfall shower was lovely and refreshing. The free WiFi worked perfectly at all times for us. We had to park in the Paddington Village Car Park which was advertised as £20 for 24 hours, thankfully the hotel offer a discount to its guests so the parking only cost us £26 for both nights (£13 for 24 hours). We would happily stay here again. I would highly recommend this hotel.

2 months agoI stayed at Novotel Liverpool for 4 nights and had a great experience. The hotel has a lovely ambiance, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Breakfast and dinner were both very good with a nice selection and quality food. Parking was easy—just across the road in a multi-storey car park. Overall, everything was smooth and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Liverpool!
