Excellent service! Regular eye tests due to Diabetes. My eyes changed on last test, so I walked in to choose some glasses/ I had looked at website previously and had decided I wanted to use my original glasses frames. Which was quickly accepted, I spoke with Chris who explained my options. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything step by step. My Husband also wanted distance sunglasses for driving, which was swiftly sorted from his last prescription. Chris knew absolutely everything and this was down easily. I had to make an appointment to collect the glasses which luckily it was him. I had varifocals for the first time so he fully explained how they worked and made me feel at ease with the transition. Super happy with the service I received and feel comfortable that if I had an issue it would be resolved quickly. Thank you

Booked an eye test in Store i was told I could come in and my tests would be done although I'm a UK resident etc. On day if appointment after 1 hour of forms filled in, the green light test/air balloon test. Waiting for 40 mins outside a room i was instructed it's not free and we shouldn't have taken your appointment. Sorry for mistake and we can't help you. Goodbye. After questioning what? Why how? The staff had no clue what to do with me. I just had to leave... Absolutely crazy There is no message option on your isle of man page.?! Do I send it to HQ?

Visiting the IOM for the TT I had an issue with a contact lense. I turned up as a walk in and the staff were extremely helpful and were able to arrange for me to see an optician within a few minutes. The service was outstanding and all the staff were extremely helpful.

All the staff at Specsavers’s in Douglas Isle of Man were very helpful in all the tests on my eyes & explained why I needed to use drops on a regular basis for dry eyes & in choosing my new glasses both for distance & reading only had to wait 2 weeks to collect my new glasses & both needed the the frames slightly adjusted which the young lady adjusted while I waited. Excellent service definitely would recommend anyone needing glasses or eye tests to visit this store
