Very disorganised and chaotic on shop floor, could be so much better with better organisation, staff training and consistent customer service. Tip when giving a customer a date to collect glasses, don't just pluck a date and do nothing but ensure you have a bring forward file for each expected customer so glasses are on the shop floor not still in lab and lost.

excellent service , nothing is too much trouble and Alana looked after us really well , kind , patient and very exacting with the tests and made sure everything was correct , I guess thats why the shop is always so busy these days and good value for maney
