Eye test optician was really good and professional found 2 hairs on eyeball during examination and removed she was very helpful

Very good with my mum who 87 years old and suffers from dementia. The actual optician was wonderful and kind but when we went to collect her glasses, we were seen by a young girl who quite frankly didn't give a dam.
It would have been 5 stars but for her complete lack of interest
