The menus change weekly to truly reflect the season, and if it’s not Manx, it doesn’t come through the door. If the ingredients we use are not foraged, they have been sourced from a very local supplier.
They offer a relaxed brunch during the day and only tasting menus by night. All diets, allergies, and food restrictions are easily catered for.

3 weeks agoWonderful zero waste concept and perfect execution. Delicious food. Some of the best I've had. Highly recommended and hope to return one day. You must make a reservation the day before because they only have ingredients for the guests expected.

a week agoSome meals are special because they're both unexpected + interesting. Lunch today was both, in a great informal surrounding, with poite but enthusiastic service. You can't ask for more from a restaurant, no matter how high-end. The menu changes regularly, so plenty of reasons to revisit, too.

a month agoStumbled across this gem yesterday lunchtime after our planned eatery let us down. But so glad it worked out that way. Versa has a unique menu, most of which I wanted to try. Food was beautifully cooked, with real care and love, and I'll definitely come back to the IoM just for the evening tasting menu. Thank you for rescuing our day!

3 months agoWhat a wonderful experience. Great atmosphere, fantastic food, excellent service. Catering for all, veggie vegan lactose etc, just ring in advance to let them know. It's like having a full frenchie with an angel. Outstanding in everyway even the music was great. Fully five stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 plus. IMHO
