Free-From Lifestyle and resource hub for Allergies, Vegan, Coeliac and restricted diets Hi, I’m Jules I’m a mum of two, and my introduction to this lifestyle started five years ago with the birth of my little girl Lucie. She developed a milk allergy as lots of babies do, but then came eczema, and at 12 weeks a visit to A&E after a nasty reaction to coconut oil on her skin. Something wasn’t right, and blood tests revealed our long list of allergens and skin issues. Our journey began straight away, and i struggled with all of it…. This site was created so you don’t have to. We learned about our allergies and skin issues at at very young age, so by the time we reached the weaning stage, we thought we had a solid plan in place with our dietician on what to avoid. It turned out we also had a long list of intolerances to discover. Our mission with Allergy Village is to provide a place of information and reassurance, whether you’re at the start of the journey, or just looking for new recipe inspirations, resources or to shop for fantastic free-from, vegan or cruelty-free products.
